Refund Policy
This page explains when and how you can get a refund for an E-Swatch Pro subscription.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Summary
Pro is a digital subscription you can use immediately after purchase. Because of that, refunds are limited. We will refund you in the situations described below, and we will also refund you where required by applicable consumer law.
14-day money-back window
You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first charge, no questions asked. To use this window, email us at the address below before it expires and include:
- The email you used at checkout
- The date of the charge
- The last 4 digits of the card used (if you have it)
After the 14-day window passes, we do not normally refund subscription payments, but we will consider good-faith requests case by case.
When we will refund outside the 14-day window
We will issue a full or partial refund outside the 14-day window if any of the following applies:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same subscription period and we can confirm it from our records
- Service unavailability — Pro features were unavailable for a substantial portion of your billing period due to a fault on our side, and the issue was not caused by your device, browser, network, or third-party service
- Unauthorized charge — the charge was made without your authorization; we will refund and disable the subscription
- Required by law — your local consumer protection law grants you a right to refund that we must honor
When we will not refund
We do not refund in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the 14-day window
- You no longer use E-Swatch but forgot to cancel
- You were unable to use a feature because of your device, browser, OS, network, or notification settings
- You expected features that are not part of the current Pro plan
- Brief or intermittent outages that did not meaningfully prevent you from using Pro
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through the same payment method and processor (Creem) used for the original charge. Once we approve a refund, Creem typically returns the money to your card or wallet within 5 to 10 business days. Your card issuer or bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, and bank-side processing fees charged by your issuer are not refunded by us.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@electronicswatchtimepieceapplication.online with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include the email you used at checkout, the charge date, and a short reason for the request.
- We will reply within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue the refund and confirm by email.
- If your request is denied, we will explain why and let you know if there is anything else we can do.
You can also contact Creem support directly through the customer portal link in your Creem receipt. As the Merchant of Record, Creem can also process refunds on our behalf.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself issue a refund for the current billing period. To cancel:
- Use the customer portal link in the Creem receipt email, or
- Email us and we will cancel it for you
After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges made before the change.
